
Return Policy - The Joy's Bag
At ENJOY COMMERCE, we want you and your furry friend to be 100% happy with your new Joy's Bag. If something didn't go the way you expected, don't worry! Here's how our return policy works:
We accept returns in the following cases:
The bag arrived with manufacturing defects (damaged seams, zippers, snaps, clasps, zippers or materials).
The product was received incomplete or with missing accessories.
You received a different product than the one you ordered.
You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for return:
The product must be clean, without signs of excessive use and with all its original accessories.
We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.
How to initiate a return?
Write us at INFO@THEJOYSBAG.COM with your order number and a photo of the problem.
Our team will evaluate the case and get back to you within 2 to 4 business days.
If applicable, we will send you the return shipping guide at no additional cost (only applies to manufacturing defects).
Once we receive and review the product, we will process your exchange or refund within 7 business days.
Important:
Returns are not accepted for personal reasons such as change of mind or if your dog did not fit the product (although... almost everyone falls in love! ).
This policy applies only to purchases made on our official website.
